Our mission
Every day you click "I agree" to contracts written by teams of lawyers whose only job is to move risk from the company onto you. That imbalance is the whole business model. We exist to flip it.
We investigate the actual terms of service, refund policies, arbitration clauses, and privacy documents of the apps and platforms people use every day, then publish plain-English reports with the worst clauses, the real escape hatches, and the exact complaint paths that get results.
No paywalls. No sponsors. No affiliate links. The only agenda is putting the leverage back in your hands.
How we work
- 01Sourcing. Every report starts with the company's own published terms, privacy policies, and refund pages, plus verified user reports from submissions.
- 02Scoring. Each company gets an Exploitation Score built from five weighted components. Anything above 80 lands on the Most Wanted board.
- 03Update cadence. Every report shows a "last reviewed" date. When terms change materially, we re-review within 30 days.
- 04Corrections. If we get something wrong, we fix it fast and note what changed. Send us a tip.
